We are a passionate team of professionals that takes great satisfaction in helping our clients make life-changing adventures. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and it is this diversity of experience that allows us to offer such a wide range of effective services to our clients.

Josh Rindo (Founder & Support Worker)
Josh's passion for helping people started out in personal training. While being a PT, Josh was lucky enough to start working with a client called Chris who lives with Down Syndrome. His ultimate life goal was officially unlocked and Josh has found himself working as a support worker (now founder of Start The Adventure) for the past 5 years. Josh is the 'fun' guy around here and will often find him at Movie World with our clients each week!

Dimity, one of the founders of Start The Adventure Disability Services, is a dedicated professional with a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. She fell into the world of Support Work driven by her unwavering commitment to helping others. Dimity plays a vital role in our organisation, contributing not only to marketing and business activities but also to delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Hayden Brown

Hayden has over 5+ years of experience working in the disability sector. Alongside starting Start The Adventure, Hayden runs a number of other services that provide support for all people to find a sense of belonging.
